when you get to be a professional painter, you learn to pick up techniques like that. it comes with being a professional anything. its going to be very hard for an amateur to just pick that up.

yea i do agree with u but i also like to do jobs myself, how much do u think a paint job like that cost, at least 5k n up,

n if u keep practicing n learning it i bet at the end it would come out to say $300 bucks in practice paint

not to bad... but the way they do it is use slow drying paint to give them much longer work time. i havent done it myself but i know its tuff to get larger panels looking good. you dont want to see the wrinkled bag in the paint and thats all in the technique how its layed and all.

i only found those 2 video's that kinda explain the process, it looks amazing, and i wish i kinda knew this technique so i coulda applyd it to my civic but none the less its something that looks like u need practice with.

At the moment im using cans and i can deff see that the paint drys wayy to fast, so i apply a nice thick amount of paint so i doesnt dry to fast and that gives me enough time to wrinkle it, but this is on a small 5x5 sheet of metal.

ill try n move up as i get better n better by going to fenders and hood but at that point im going to need a gun and reducer n alot more huh

you should use some regular paint with a slow reducer/activator.

but i would need a gun to shoot that out right? is there a such product that lets say is a spray can, but on the bottom or some where on the can has a service port that u can inject the paint u choose, along with reducer and shoot it out like a spray paint ?

this would be for a situation like mines where i have no compressor and dont yet want to go that heavy by spending too much money
