I've heard of this before and tried looking for some guides. My problem is I'm only 17 and my parents don't want me driving stick shift yet (don't ask me..) Anyway, I just hate the look of the regular PLNDR and want to have the look of a stick shifter instead of that. Anyone know of any guides?

 

you just need the right shift **** and the right shift boot. not exactly sure which shift boot works. also heard manual shift ***** would work, you push down on the **** instead.

question why are you trying to do such a thing? who are you trying to fool. stupid IMO

 

Ive heard of people changing the **** on their auto but making it look likea manual completely? Thats just...well, dumb to be nice about it. I agree 100% with sfazngiants thats prety stupid.

 

Not trying to fool anyone, I just like the look of it a lot better.

bahahaha True!! I didn't even think of that But then again he could do the swap & just tell his parents he made his auto look like a manual...Duhh

 

Do an auto to manual swap. And while you're at it, tell your parents that driving a car with a manual transmission makes you much more aware of your driving, and generally makes you an all-around better driver. For example, you will be looking at the road conditions far ahead of you to determine the best gear for the situation. Also, driving in a high gear in the snow keeps the car at a resonable speed and you can use engine braking to slow down in such conditions. Just to name a few....

I've been driving a stick since I was 15 and a half, your parents not letting you drive stick doesn't make much sense IMO. Just show them the facts. If you don't want to do that, just buy an auto shift **** off ebay and call it a day.
