Light up emblem

I saw this on a civic the other day. The silver h emblem on the back had been replaced with a translucent one that lit up. Do you know what these are called or where I could find one? If not a light up one maybe a translucent h emblem in which I could put an led behind it.

make your own?? can't imagine it'd be hard... i mean piece of acrylic & some time..
