Default Legit/good HIDs?

I was looking in to HIDs when I came across this kit on this site: http://www.buyhidkits.com/9006hidkits.html Compared to other HID kits they are really cheap, and looking at them they look pretty good, only $72. What do you guys think about these HIDs? Quality? Also are the 9006 the right thing for my Civic? I'd probably end up going with 8000ks. The price is tempting.

9003/H4

8000k sucks though, recommend something closer to 5000-6000k

I don't know about their quality. Probably not that great. It says they have a warranty, but that doesn't always say much about the quality. They might just suck and so many people buy them and are too lazy to return them when they break that they offer the warranty just to make their quality appear to be better, which doesn't cost them money to do since so many people are probably too lazy to return them.

You're better off with a nice pair of halogens IMO. I've been the HID route, I prefer my Nokya Cosmic White halogens.

iono about that brand , never heard or tried it. When i had HID's i used a brand called Pilot. Used them for a year, and sold it. Now i'm using the Nokya Cosmic White as well. HID's on stock halogen headlights is just going to be bright and blinding people in front of you. Unless your going to aim them lower. I've heard of people having luck with the 50 dollars ebay HID Kit on a celica forum. I recommend going with 6000K anything higher would be too blue/ purple and doesn't light up the road well
