Default Lambo Door Kits

I have a 1992 Civic HB DX. I'm looking at putting a lambo door kit on it. Does anybody have a kit like this? If so, what do you think of it? Is it worth the money. Also too, I noticed a big price range on these things on Ebay. What's the difference? They all look the same to me. Thanks!

i would say that any kit over 500 bucks would be nice and bolt on, anything cheaper is just universal and you will probably be ruining your car

ya man, for a good kit you looking at atleast a grand , i was pretty searious about getting lambo doors in the spring, i researched it pretty good..you want to get the ones that bolt on too, welding is crap, you also want the ones that have gas shocks on them, if not your doors wont be able to stay up...also installation cost, you could bolt them on youself, but depending on the kit, most likly your going to need your fenders rolled so when you lift up the door, it clears them

http://www.verticaldoors.com/ << that company is pretty good, i found they sell good products,

Dude my brother has the lambo kit on his 00 jetta and he got his off ebay for 500 bucks... HILLARIOUS! That's all I am going to say. He's had them on for 3 years and altough they arent gas held up, the springs do a good enough job and they look freaking sweet with his body work to it. I have yet to see it on a civic but I have seen it on another car and it is really cool/funny but in a good way

u have to watch to i heard the ebay 500 ones are alot thinner then the more expensive ones i know someone that had the cheap ones and they snapped and sent the door flying. from what i heard the good ones move out like a normal door then go up usually u have to roll the fenders with most of the kits but its not that hard we even made little spacers in the part that goes on the inner fender well and welded them to the inner fender cause when we didnt' the whole bracket moved when u opened the door

if i were you id stick to brand names such as decah, vertical doors inc, etc. of course, they are more expensive but it will be worth it in the long run.

They are more expensive because, you are purchasing a higher quality product. This is one are not to skimp on. Get the real deal and not the POS knock off.
