just run a line from the battery with an inline fuse to a switch to the neons that is what i have always done.....its not a good idea to tap into the fuse box if something goes wring there goes your whole car....

here.. in my celica.. should be close enough to the same thing.. you install the neons where you want them.. then run the wires to the transformer.. then cut of the cig lighter adapter thing.. and butt connect that to some wire.. then run that to a switch.. then run it to some to power it.. i ran my to the cig lighter.. just stick it in the cig lighter connector and tape it up good

3 amps isn't that much.....how many neons are you using? i know cold cathodes use .7 amps so a few sets of those would be more than that and in my old car i had about 20 sets and i know that regualr neons use more power than cold cathodes

im not sure what cathacods are..but if they come so all's you need to do is plug them into your 12v plug thing, cut that thing off so you have the power and ground..and at the top, unscrew it and there will be a glass fuse in there, just buy a inline fuse holder for it and put it near where you hook up the power wire

..last season i had my l.e.ds and neons hook up to like 5 amp fuses, but they only need .5 or 1(which i installed this season) ..and when i had them with 5 it was fine, a little risky mabey..but they should have something to tell you what it needs
