i just finished installing fog lights on my 99 hb and now when i turn the wheel my horn goes all hay wire any ideas on why and how to fix it would be a great help thanks a much

 

check all wires that go close to the steering column maybe one is getting pinched or somthing. I would also locate the horn, (its under the front bumper, or somewhere in that area) and follow the leads connected to it as far as you can.
