Hey everyone. This is my first post but hoping to get some great help. I have read the forums for a while but have just recently registered.

I have a 97 civic hx and I want to put a little money into it to get it looking good. I really like the look of this car: http://statenisland.olx.com/97-honda-civic-iid-11445845 but the owner doesnt state the actual body kit on the car. Does it look familiar to anyone? I would like to know what body kit and wing is on the car. Thanks in advance.

I can't quite place the side skirts.

 

i have always loved the mugen grill. i think i might have to pick one up soon

Also, I know this is a very open and loaded question, but where would be a reputable place to purchase this stuff from? I've never purchased anything aftermarket for my civic..so kinda new.

Thanks for all the help. I was able to track down the type r front/rear lip. It seems that everyone sells it. I also found the black widow spoiler. Ideally I could find a single vendor for all the pieces and get some sort of discount.

Also, is it best to get fiberglass parts vs poly?

OP The mgen grill would be a big mistake and you will probably regret it, save your money for something more useful, that thing is hideous and almost everyone who gets one soon takes it off after seeing the eyesore on their front bumper.

he wing is out of hand and there is simply no excuse to ever pt it on the car, instead look into a mugen one if you wanna be unique and drop money on stuff....





But it is your car and you can mod it the way you want of course

Nike, you know that Mugen spoiler is about as easy to find as the Mugen rear spats, right? And I've seen one set of rear spats for sale ever, and that was about two years ago on Honda-Tech (going for a ridiculous price, too).

Still, I can't recommend any non-oem spoiler (personally I like wingless cars with few exceptions). Personally, I like the Mugen grille, so I won't comment on that. But check out ProCivic; you might be able to find the side skirts and lips there.

 

There was some dude selling a mugen spoiler on cc a while back, dont quite remember price though haha

 

i think some spoilers look ok, i mean the mugen one is decent, but that spider one is just horrable IMHO. i just dont think it looks good. and i love the mugen grill, i want to get one soon

 

That Wing is ugly! the front lip isn't bad tho. Get a type r grille instead of that ugly mugen grille. and nike if we are talking about aftermarket bumpers why not a bys i love them!
