Default Gauge cluster problem

My friend has a 1990 civic dx hatch 5 spd. He decided he wanted gauges with a tach so he went and bought some for the same year of car and everything just it has a tach. Anyway he needs to repin his wiring harnesses but cant find any information anywhere on what he needs to switch for these gauges to work. Can anyone help get the pins right so the gauges will work right.

By the way everyone, just letting you know that he typed this up for me to put here. So if something doesn't make sense just let me know. I'm just helping him out. Also I didn't know exactly where to post this, so redirect me if this isn't it. Thanks.

why do you need to repin it? if it is from the same car you should just be able to swap them, everyother year it is a straight swap.. so i don't see why there is any difference with your's
