debadging help
#13
i would just use rubbing compound to remove it and then wax your car afterwards. I use rubbing compound when i de badged my car 2 years ago. The paint is still perfectly fine in the area till this day. I can't tell that there was a badge there even if i look in that area closely. I don't think it will take too long to remove the residue with rubbing compound. took me maybe 2 or 3 minutes.
BTW if you want to remove bumps of dirt you can't take off just washing your car, i would get the mother's clay bar kit and wax the car. feels like a fresh new paint job.

Yea I tried the clay bar for this same problem and even a straight edge razor... no dice... what is this compound you speak of? What brand? Where do I find it? I want to get mine completely off too... I have a black car btw... and the claybar is the shnizit!
