I like it. Since when do you have to be all stock to be nice? This word "rice" comes from mocking wanna be racers. Whats wrong with building a nice looking, high quality, show style car? By the pictures this car was obviously not a chop job, therefore I dont certify it as "rice". Do what you like to your car man.Its looks good in my opinion.

Although NightHawk Black is a BEAUTIFUL color, black and white cars are a bitch to keep clean... Black and white show every scratch and peice of dirt there is.
Not true. Black is hard to keep clean. Generally the darker the coler the harder to keep looking clean.

^ I think he said it was hard to keep clean. But yeah, I agree with both of you... pain in the ****.

As for your car color, I'm stuck on white hondas with carbon fiber hoods right now, the NSR-R look so that's what I say. Your body kit isn't too bad though, I don't think I'd take it off. I would definitely switch out those headlights and tail lights though. Go with 99-00 coupe tails and stock or non halo TYC projector headlights. I think some new rims would be nice too, something with a higher performance look.

not a big fan of the rear bumper with duel exhaust cutouts
^ what he said. Other than that, the kit isn't really that bad. Get a new rear bumper, paint it all one sweet color (how about a deep metallic red?), and get better headlights/taillights.

The spoiler isn't bad, it's either OEM or looks like it. I'd keep it.
