Check out the 5900k HIDs
Picked these up a couple of days ago and installed them today. The driver side projects lower then the passenger side. Not sure if you can really tell from the pics. I tried adjusting them but nothing really changed. Anyways here they are, enjoy.

looks good
i'm sure you can adjust it though, maybe you're not turning the right screw or something.
that's odd that that is 5900K... looks just like my 8000K
EDIT: just looked at 8000K pics and there's no way mine are 8000K.

^ glare. LMFAO so what.... IMO ya drive a civic... your low to the ground anyways we get blinded by trucks stock headlights behind and infront of me!
so id rather slap alittle glare in someones face and see rather than spending another 500+$ and chop up some headlight housings for a retrofit....
but then again thats just IMO.
and just keep turning that one screw until you see it moving... and try to tap the headlight housings a bit just incase they are sticking internaly and not wanting to adjust easily.
also make sure the bulb is secured... you might not have the little tabs all lined up or the rod fully locked.

5900k if im not mistaken is what stock HID bulbs are on most cars. They are the closet to actual white light like sunlight. 8000k is what most aftermarket kits use and have that bluish tint to them.
Again im no expert but i think im pretty on point with this description..
