Post cheap ways to make my 95civic ex look better

i have a 1995 honda civic ex stock exterior except 14" light weight rims and tinted windows. and i have no interior mods.. the car is white with black trim..if you have any sugestions let me know

Welcome to the forums. It's kind of important... what's your definition of "cheap" and what's your budget?

show some pics of your 95 civic and we can give details
my opinon is lower it , front lip, amber corners, and maybe amber side markers and some stock jdm foglights and a stock spolier if you can find one

my budget is unknown as of right now.. and im gonna post pictures of the car here soon i am new to the site and am still figuring it out

nice car i have same rims. i painted mine black
and they are not racing rims they are the stock vx/hx rims but yes they are very light wieght

they are VX rims, HX rims dont look like that, but the do look similar though. and aren't vx rims 13", the HX's are 14"

these are HX's
