you take out the four bolts holding it in and remove the hood. Then put said 4 bolts in new hood. Then close hood.

Keep up the post whoring and I'm going to delete every post for every account your Philippine a** has ever made.

to the OP, there's 4 bolts on the hinges (2 on each); take those off, pull the hood off (it's easiest with a friend), put the CF hood in place (again, a friend helps), and bolt the hinges to the hood using the stock bolts.

i bought my vis hood from ebay and it was warped .if i was you i would buy directly from vis or evan better seibon they have better fittment and quality products evan the smaller companies like v-fiber are better quality because there not mass produced like vis also you have to remember no matter who you by from it wont be a perfect oem fit .also vis and many others use a gel-coat clear that will fade faster in the sun.do not use carnauba wax it will absorb into the gel-coat and turn it yellow. use a gel-coat wax designed for boats 3m makes a good one. also i would definitely recommend hood pins just to be safe evan vis will tell you this.after you remove the bolts you mite need to pry it from the hinge with a screwdriver its stuck on there from some factory material .

You should buy SPLATs. See how much he wants for it. It's most likely better anyways.

Yes they let water in your engine bay. Yes it could possibly soak your filter if you have a CAI of some kind and an exposed filter. Hoods with vents on a DD car is not a good idea.
