Yes... 6000k ... anything over 6k will be more and more blue and will not be good for night driving, although they look really cool from the outside! WestImports sells his kit for like 220 shipped and it literally is plug and play...use a zip tie or something to mount the ballast, plug it into the existing wire, install the HID bulbs (Use rubber gloves or be SUPER careful not to touch the bulb with your finger because it will blow up from the oil on your hands) and then plug them into the ballast!

You actually should just put the HIDs in the headlights before you install them in your car, that will save ALOT of time taking out the battery to squeeze your hands inbetween. Also projector bulbs are H1 for both lows and hi's.... I have posted a picture in a thread below of what 6k looks like... believe me, they are absolutely no comparison with halogens... anyone that says there isnt a difference is an idiot and should lose their fingers!

Alright, thanks so much for all of the advice Moogly, it's helped an unimaginable amount. Since my lights wont be in 'til next week, and the next group buy doesn't start 'til next year, it looks like I'll be waiting to install the Anzo's til the new year along with an HID kit!

with the anzo or TYC projector housings, does the low beam stay on with the high beam? Does an HID kit power both low and high beams? Is there an HID brand that is better than others....like phillips?

and i just read on the TYC website that they don't recomend HID's because of the difference in lighting dynamics. Anybody know of a projector light designed for HID? Or is TYC just stating this for legal reasons?

I found that alot of projector headlights say not to install HID, but I searched around the net and found alot of people who install them anyway and never had problems. I think its just the company trying to cover there *** if you get a ticket or somthing. Alot of people say that HID will melt cheap projectors but its not true because HID produce less heat then normal bulbs.
