i must say. now that i have a 96civic i like the 96-98 civic cup holders better than the 99-00. cups and cans fit SO MUCH BETTER in this cup holder!!!!! im about to swap out my 99s cupholders for older style cupholder!
i used to think the 99-00style cup holders where better without that stupid lid, but the cup areas are to large to hold any cut inplace.... boy was i wrong!

I know they are huge cupholders. i hate when i go around corners with like a mcdicks cup and the soda spills. its happened twice.

hell ya... so far my 96cup holder holds pretty firm on the cups/cans at least its a firm top edge... it seems like the 99cupholders are rolled which makes the cups just seem to roll over the top and try to tip over!

I tried this with my cupholder today. I used a red 15" LED strip on the inside bottom around the circles. Its black so it doesn't show up really.

No gatorade for me though, red Vaults. Lol

I doubt my pic will show up, I'm on my blackberry and my photobucket won't work, and it the site won't work right on my phone but when I get on a computer ill post it. The colors are lame because its a cameraphone pic at night. But you can see how good it glows.

Yeah, I plan on trying the gatorade though.

The red vaults look great though. They have a deep blood red glow, the pic doesn't do it justice.
