Default 70k Road Damage

So my car's got 73k miles on it, and she's a 2003. I'm the second owner, and I'm new to car maintainance. I've done some under the hood work, but not much on bodies. So.. I just finished washing and waxing today, and I'm really getting sick of the nasty scuffs and such on my car, and I'd really like to know what I can do to fix them up. I've heard a lot of talk about Royal Blue, and I wonder if that will solve some of my problems. Just to be clear, I understand my paint is partially metallic, and has the little chips in it, but I know the front end has a lot of salt and road damage. The car's been driving in MA for 3 and a half years, so. Anyways, I took some high-res photos, not all of them are great, but it should help shed some light on my situation. Any help is appreciated, thanks guys.

On to the pictures:

There are quite a few others, but imageshack just died on me, so they'll come in a second post a little while later.

Its hard to see the pictures. But a rule of thumb is, if you get your nail and go over the scratch/scuffs and your nail gets cought in it, you will have to bring it to a body shop and get it sanded down and painted to fully get rid of it. If your nail does not get caught in it, you canbuy scratch remover from your local car supplies store and that should do the trick. If not, a body shop will have more powerfull stuff that will do the trick with a quick buff. It also looks like you have polished rims, to make them look like new again, read this http://www.torontocivics.com/tccforu...hreadid=128332

Alright, well, I have standard Honda rims on my car, they're the ones that came with the car I believe.
So if my finger simply snags over the rim, like catches for a sec, but does not stay locked in there, they should be removable? I'll head over to CAP and see what I can pick up for scratch removal stuff anyways, but thank you!

70k in financial damage... man, you can rebuild a Civic 13 times for that!

For the rims, no, there wont be any scratch remover to take out the scrape.
