Bull, a skunk2 intake will increase HP on any motor single or dual cam. It would help to get a bigger cam but not neccessary by any means.

well the apexi afc contros the fuel, its about 375. the programble ecu s200 (piggy back) is around the 200 but it has more features, controls fuel, vtec point, 3 step revlimiter, datalogging. other than the fuel. tou couldnt tune ur car anyway unless u have adjustable came gears or sumthin to control the fuel.

You can put on the Skunk2 intake, it will work fine with your stock throttle body, and theres no need for tuning just yet. The more mods you get, like bigger injectors etc then than would almost be neccessary.

i think super street just installed one of these on a civic sohc and it made 4-6 hp???? something like that, however, as previously stated, with more mods or boost, its efficency increases
