REVVING UP TO 4000!!!
I just installed the aem v2. today, my car went crazy. the gas pedal was completely useless. i could push it down all the way and no response. the problem was that the car was accelerating by itself! when i braked, it still accelerated! i almost got killed! is there anything wrong with my intake? i let the engine cool for a bit, wiggled around the IAT sensor, and the car worked until i got home. i'm not gonna try the car again until i know the problem. here's my intake and the IAT sensor. is it suppose to be this loose? i can't get it to go any longer.

Make sure the thing in the circle can move back and forth freely, and make sure it springs shut.
EDIT: and also make sure when you press the gas that thing moves

Your gas pedal is attached to your throttle by cable. This is the only cable around throttle body. Find it, find where it connects to throttle, and make sure throttle can turn back and forth.
You did not damage your engine, but you will damage your car and possible other cars/people if you drive before you fix this.
