need more low end to mid power.

greddy is over priced and if you want low to mid power go with a high torque motor. simple as that. and if you want to keep the motor you have, supercharge. turbo's take a while to spool. supers are constant power, giving you more low end. but i really wouldn't advise doing high boost on factory internals on any honda. be careful.
EDIT: go with b18b1. it's got good low end from factory. and i wouldn't boost a vtec block without a low compression rebuild.
