Default hi-flow cat vs. cat-back exhaust

Trying to get a little more out of my 99 Civic SI and wondering which of these is best bang for the buck: GReddy Evo 2 cat-back exhaust system or Random Technologies high flow catalytic converter. I can only do one right now. Anyone have any real numbers on these two units? Advice?
Thanks,
jason

um...DC Sports?

the catback will give you more power but youd gain the most if you could fork up the money for both.

btw the catback is more expensive than the cat.

save up enough and do both for best results. a cat-back will get u more power than throwing a hi-flow cat on a stock exhaust...or u could buy a magnaflow exhaust that already comes with a test pipe.

test pipes add very minimal gains unless paired w/ other bolt ons/forced induction. few of my buddies have them on and its a pain to have to drive behind them...
