So what type of exhaust would be good for me? I don't want it to sound like a tin can... I would like it to be deep but fairly quiet.

I love magnaflow's stainless steelstreet series but the race series is a little louder.

here is the link so you can see the muffler I have.

all of this are street series

but if you are still keeping the stock cat and stock piping maybe you should consider the RACE SERIES

I put only Oval mufflers because to me they sound better the round one's sound weird because they have less packing

I had a magnaflow and I liked it on my turbo D16Z6. Got my GSR engine in, and went back to stock. 4 bangers sound like weed-wackers.

1. Flowmasters on a 4 banger....BOOOO!

2. Pete: -1 for the Coors Light beer glass, but +4 for not actually drinking Coors Light. Stick with the darker beer, it'll make ya live longer [8D]

My buddy had a Magnaflow on his '01 EX and it sounded good, but it was REALLY quiet...not sure what kind it was

Me personally, I've always liked the way a Greddy exhaust sounds. I plan on putting either the Greddy SP2, Greddy EVO2, or Apexi WS-2 on my Civic. All are quiet under normal acceleration, but put your foot in it and they sound awesome

BigRick, I'll upload a sound clip of my greddy evo 2 exhaust tomorrow. It sounds sick as hell.
