Installed the axles today. No pics, I forgot. Also picked up some Honda MTF, only needed a little bit to top off the tranny, so I'll use the rest when I get a new transmission.

3 bottles should be enough... i think it was like 2.5 or something when i changed mine.

You only need two for a D-series transmission, it uses 1.9 or something like that.
