Where did you take it, How much did they charge, and have you seen the quality of the welds? That was the only thing I didn't like about your car besides the blue air vent tabs.

Speedy Muffler @ US1 & Garden. I don't weld so I really don't know, but I was watching and the guy really seemed to know what he was doing. If the welds ever break i'll just go back down there, they seemed honest.
and lol, they're air fresheners, don't worry. I didn't paint it.

haha
my car smelled like ish when i bought it
i'll probably get rid of the air fresheners now that you mention it... i think the car smells pretty neutral now.

tonight i got fed up with the squeaking my car is making over bumps and for the 3rd time took the door panel off looking for the noise.
this time, i finally found it.
it turned out to be the door prop mechanism.
there is a metal backing plate on the rubber stopper on the mechanism that stops the door when you open it a certain amount. it was rubbing on the metal arm of the mechanism it is attached to, so i used lithium grease to grease the whole area. the noise finally went away.
*knocks on wood*
at least if it starts back up, i'll just replace the prop mechanism since i finally know what the problem is. good thing it's an easy fix.

finally with the muffler. looks really good now. better than mine. mine fit perfect when i didn't have the lip on it, but now it's all jammed against the lip. so i'm taking it down after school monday to get that bent back.
