ya im lucky and have a certifit right down the street from where I live. I replaced a whole front end of a 98 chevy through them for about $250, and a 99-00 conversion was gonna be somewhere in the same range for parts. Its good and the stuff fits pretty well. the only downside is that the metal parts are usually a thinner gauge than oem, but it still works well.

get some pictures of the bumper from behind it.... im interested if it looks like my bumper or not from the backside which didnt have any fog light marking cut spots like the OEM bumper is suposed to have....
i had to preaty much guess it out...

I can vouche for Certifit. We have one on the other side of town here andeverything I've gotten from them fit great... at dirt cheap prices. Anyway, on with the build... keep it coming Sov!

Holy crap, the only thing i am gonna pick about that list that you made... is that you are taking the HID kit route... which i no longer recomend lol. once i get my retro done everyone will know why lol
But yeah i would of prefered a type R wing then the spoon wing on an ek, but it will still look killer.
