Lookin like its gonna be pretty sweet man, ya know the funny thing about that geo is that I was prolly gonna get somethin like that when I do my build

As far as the color, I think you should go with a red and charcoal grey or something close to that

Well after somemore thought I think Im going to stick with a more stock looking red color but I want something different from the type-r red simply cause I dont have a type-r and who doesnt have a type-r valve cover. Im going to go with a little darker metallic red on the valve cover, bov and wastegate, I'll have the strut bar match the charge pipes and If I think it looks like it needs a little more I might go with blue accents like vac lines, couplers and spark plug wires. What do ya think? First pic or this one?

To tell you the truth, I think the red VC look the best, I just painted mine yellow then blue and back to red, nothing looked better then the red. But then again, my car is black.

Ok, Ive got updates. I got my arp headstuds in a few days ago. Its always exciting when parts come in the mail ! Today we got the rest of the motor out of the car. This was quite a time consuming job, pulling the axles, unhooking all the wiring and coolant lines, hooking up the engine hoist. Now its time for the fun stiff. I cant wait to start tearing the block apart and getting this project going. Heres some pics of the removal process from earlier today.

This is the pistons that took a dump. You can see at the top it looks like it melted a little or something.

We alsomade an attempt at getting the geo running but I think the head might be warped cuz it didnt seal and is revingto the sky as soon as we start it and the coolant seems topressurize immediately. Heres a few pics of the geo side project anyway.

Well its been a while without any updates but Ive been doing a lot of little time consuming things over the past week or so. I just ordered a set of tuner toys rods and srp pistons tonight. I just got the block stripped down andwill be takingit to get bored out to 81.25mm to match the pistonsas soon as they come in. As far asengine bay colors go Im still debating things. My buddy is getting his air compressor working soon so we will be able to paint right in his garage so I can try a few things before settling on something. The end result will probably just be a surprise.

as for the engine bay, i say a mix between gunmetal and black parts. maybe a gunmetal vc with a black spark plug cover, and then a black fuel rail with gunmetal piping. then get a coat of black on the exhaust mani
