k24 + k20 head + turbo/supercharger + striped shell = hold the hell on

OORRRRRRRR....

tell us what you want to use the car for. i know 10 seconds sounds nice in all, but have you been in a 10 second car? or know what safety equipment is required for that speed at a track. even 12s is really fast for 90% of the population.

and some advice, its best to modify your car in this order, tires, brakes, suspension, then motor. you can have all the power in the world, but if you cant stop/turn it, your going to get hurt at some point.

to get 10 secs in a civic, you will need to go for over 500 hp.

Do you even know what safety requirements you need for the strip to even let you run if you run 10s? There's a lot more to just building a 10 second car than you are thinking, not trying to put you down. But it takes a lot, a 12 sec Civic would be more reasonable, 12 sec is still pretty damn quick.

Ok since 10 sec is a hassle since you said 12s what would I have to do to get it to 12s?

let me just say, that u will be surprised what 225whp feels like in an econobox. 300whp means no american v8 is safe. if u just wanna clown around and get camaro owners all butthurt, then 275-325whp is enough. i rode in a new 5.0 cammer, and was impressed. but hp-weight ratio always prevails. put the car on a modest diet, build and boost a b series the right way, and enjoy your tires off. what most people dont realize is that a 13 second quarter mile car feels fast. 10 seconds is ridiculous. 12 is even scary fast. dont crash ur civic at 100mph trap speeds.
