and it appears that when you took it to the track, VTEC was kicking in at 6800RPM, which sucks. Your time at the track should get better once you properly adjust it.

i'd just put it at 4800 since that's stock.

yes.. yes. it does suck, but thats ok, now i know.

putting it to 4600 would not help would it?

The way to tune it is to set it so that you don't have VTEC at all (just unplug the VTEC solenoid), and run it on a dyno. then run it with VTEC activation point turned all the way up to the highest point. Take the two dyno charts and lay them on top of each other. Set VTEC at the RPM where the two dyno charts' HP lines cross.

If you aren't going to go to a dyno, i'd just set it at stock.

haha. if we are buying no name lower springs on ebay instead of buying actual coilovers or brand named parts , you think we got the cash for a dyno. I dont even think we have a dyno in my city.
