where you located?
i think you should buy whiterabbit's red integra off of him for a cheap price and fix it up. seriously.
if i were in the market for a used car again, i'd probably snap it up.

RE: My days as a Hondaman are over...
I was tooling around with the Kelly Blue Book website, and I found out something absolutely unreal, other than the fact that the SAAB is worth dirt on the used car market.
Back when I got my Honda I paid $2000 for it. The Blue Book value (Private Party Resell) was around $1500 for it's condition. If my Civic were to be in fair condition today, it would be worth $2000! How is that POSSIBLE?! Honda's cheapest car just went UP in value! And it's older now! What happen?!

OK fellow Civicers, I have one last ditch effort on the Civic. I need your expertise on this matter.
1: The door is bent, obviously, and rubs the fender when opened. What's it cost for a salvaged one?
2: That rear quarterpanel, is it the unibody or a huge body panel attached to the unibody? 2.1: Do you think the world's biggest pops-a-dent will fix it? Or is it tough luck on that?
3: HOPE that my rear suspension and/or brakes are not damaged. If they are, I need parts.
4: Is it worth it to buy another car or fix this one? Remember, my bank account is very minimal, mainly because I make little $$ and partly because borrowing the Explorer is costing $70 / week in fuel. The SAAB 900 is a nice car, but needs work. To find another car with not that much $$ is a toughie given where I live.

find a cheap used civic instead.
seriously. if you're existing car is pretty banged up then it's gonna cost some serious dough to fix it and it'll still never really be right again.
i'd look in this sunday's classifieds and look in the automotive section. look under the honda heading and you're bound to find something reasonable.
