Legal Donuts on Property Owners Expense.
if i went to an empty parking lot and asked the property owner if we can spend about an hour or 2 doing donuts and whatnot on his lot, and paid for the services ...
would cops STILL be a problem although we have permission from the lot owner?
im not too familiar with law enforcement ... soo that was just a big question.

I got pulled over for doing e-brake slides in the snow... had to go into my glovebox which had a few cans of beer in it. Then when I went to pull my wallet out of my cargo pocket a few cherry bombs fell out... but the cop didn't see anything as he was too busy watching the lady in spandex run down the street.

I love the e-brake, I use it alot now *new tires, who cares*. And I would say I have about 16 tickets from start to finish.
Most of them were speeding, 1 was passing in a no-passing area,1 was a farking failure to stop. I was doing like .0000452 MPH at a local stop sign and the fat cop was out of doughnuts, and he nailed me for not stopping. That was like the closest you can come to stopping without stopping perfectly, i was amazed, I hassled him about it, probably why I got a ticket. F'n Pig.
