Do you have Wheel Wells?
I recently bought a 98 civic ex and the previous owner put a 2000 si front endon it. He never put the wheel wells back on. I have the original wheel wells which are k a little torn upand they seem to fit except towards the front where it wraps under the car. My only concern is that the headlights are exposed and when it rains they are going ot get wet.I will not drive the car in the winter time so I am not worried about salt. Are there any guys out there who do not have them installed? Have you had any problems?
Thanks

RE: Do you have Wheel Wells?
i would instal them.....
my 94 didnt have them... wind noise inside the car much greater because air is geting forced around the front of your door seals.
if he did a 99 front end swap then buy some liners for a 99-00 and they should snap right in.
but they are not needed BUT i would recomend them! keeps your engine bay alot cleaner and wind noise down at highway speeds.

I don't have them, haven't had 'em for about a year... the wind noise is a little bit louder and yeah, the engine bay gets a little dirtier. Personally, I'd say get some unless you're like me and lowe enough that if you had them your front tires would rub lol

RE: Do you have Wheel Wells?
i had them but they've had problems in the front portion where they meet the front bumper. They constantly came off the bumper and scraped against the ground. One day on one side the front part fell off and the front part started rubbing against my tire and started melting. I then cut them on both sides with a utility knife to about 1/3 of the way around the wheel cutout in the fender. No more scraping against the ground or rubbing. I took a piece of the plastic and bolted it and glued it on top of the hole in the engine bay by my intake so that water would not splash up into my intake.
