Default Cylinder head casting # help?

Purchased a cylinder head I am attempting to identify. The only info I have is a casting number on the head above the exhaust port area and it is "PM3-10". I hope to use on my 96 Civic EX (d16Y8) if it will work. Can anyone identify the head?
Thank you!

Is it the same as this one?

With spark plugs towards the front of the valve cover rather than towards the rear?
Does it have the circled port? (it might be covered up but you'll be able to see its contours in the head casting still, or even possibly the bolt studs might be there still)

If so, it's from one of the dual-carbuerated JDM D15B engines. You probably don't want to use it, it's not so good. But if you are just trying to make a running vehicle then you can use it. There are going to be some things you'll have to use differently to make it fit and run though, such as head studs, distributor, spark plugs, and possibly the timing belt and cam gear.
