Default '91 civic seatbelts..Making me nuts!

I haven't found this anywhere on the forum yet. Has anyone else run into their seatbelt beeper beeping ALL THE FREAKIN TIME? It's makin me nuts.. the seatbelts work fine. I had them replaced about 2 years ago. Do they usually wear out that fast?
it's a 91 civic LX 4 door btw
Thanks
Iggy

OK So I found what I was looking for ..A wiring diagram. The next question is....Where is the beeper located? The book says near the steering column, but no specifics.

ANY HELP WILL DO
Thanks
Iggy

this problem happend on my dads civic it comes from the thing on the headliner right on top of the rearview mirror. but even if you fix it dont forget to buckle up. cause it might not sound when the seatbelts not buckled.

Well, fixing this problem by disconnecting the beeper looks like breaking your termometer to lower the temp. Find a sensor and fix it.
