My 94's motor purrs like a kitten! The killer for me is that it has no AC and I live somewhere with hot, nasty humid summers. I looked into putting AC into it, and its not impossible, but,... ugh. If I was going to do it, I should have when I first got it. Now it just seems crazy to think about investing that effort into a 19 year old car. Despite that... I still think about it.

The 2013's are out and they've changed the interior materials. My daughter has a '12 EX coupe and I don't see anything at all wrong with it. I guess there were some picky reviewers at the time. I would love an Si and have test driven and considered one, but I'm one of those guys who would like it in an Automatic transmission model. If you've driven the new CVT trans., I think it would be real fun to drive in an Si. I don't need to shift all the time in my daily driver. I've had a '72 Corvette with a 4 speed since '73 and if I want to have some fun, I'll use that one. When I inquired about an auto in the Si at the dealer, they said they couldn't understand why Honda hasn't made it available, because they have hundreds of people asking for it and they've passed the message along to Honda but to no avail. Have a happy new year everyone!

Was the Si a manual. If so, did you notice that the RPM's hung up as you shifted to a higher gear?

Hi flyn.... not sure who you're asking, maybe your question was meant for another thread instead of here? The Si is only available in manual. Re-scanned the thread, but, I'm not sure who was having a shifting issue... Sorry!
