im pretty sure ideal changeover time is at 75k on a street car...but since its a honda and the engines usually last a lot longer than the cars oil companies base their miles on...it could feasably work well.

 

Haha! I swear! No leaks, just alot of clanging from under the valve cover. It burned some oil to. The only thing that leaked was the radiator, and good luck finding one.

i think it would be worth using sythetic it is a lot better for your engine and con improve gas mileage and hp i run royal purple in my civic.

 

alright... i just talked to the previous owner... it already has castrol sytech. good thing i found out

 

and you can switch to synthetic at any point after initial breakin is finished... ive read alot of stuff from parts manufacturers lately ion the subject.. they all say dont use synthetic for the first thousand miles, after that they dont they say, but ive have not read anything that says to wait 75k, doesnt mean its not true, i just havnt read it...

 

isnt sytech synthetic? its not the castrol sytech blend stuff , just straight syntehc
