did you do it yourself or have a machine shop do it?
did you put the right size bearing in it.you have to go 1 size bigger when a crank is machined

The machine shop did it, I think they went with -.010 bearings through the whole motor. I simply didn't have time to do the rebuild myself so I had a guy I know do it who owns a machine shop so the work could be done by one guy and not have several people work on it. I did this in case something went wrong it might be easier to get the engine re-rebuilt with little to no money out of my pocket (he is going to rebuild the engine out of his pocket). I might have to pay a little for new rods or if something else broke that he hadn't replaced in the initial rebuild but otherwise he is doing the job and buying the needed parts with no cost to me.

Sounds like your crankshaft is no good. Check the tolerances against the manual.
