Well right now its bone stock, I have a Full Catbac excaust, and right now i have the valve cover off so i can paint it. I didnt want to buy anything yet like intake, ect. Because i didnt want to buy stuff that dont match and wont make the most hp for the buck. So Let me know. Keep in mind I have a new born 1 month old daughter. So no big bucks here. I can spend some cash tho. So just list items and how much hp it will gain, and how much they cost. Thanks. And if there's any mods i can do for FREE lol there welcome too. Thanks

Im not sure what your engine puts out stock??
Honestly, the exhaust isnt doing anything horsepower wise... maybe 1 or 2 hp at most. Actually you are losing lowend torque, but its a great mod dont change it.
its going to take alot to get to 140... (im assuming that you are at like 110ish??) Honestly, the cheapest way would be to run nitrous. Im not a big fan but thats what it is if your on a budget.
The best way... just buy a turbo. It will cost some $, but you will be happy with it and will run you less then trying to keep it naturally aspirated (non-turbo'd) to get the same power. Adding an intake and a header will give you maybe another 10 if your lucky.
