stock 140 hp, how much should I end up with roughly?

 

the crappy megan header will kill your power, on an N/A engine the header is very important. Look into RMF header.

Not the highest quality header out though. For the money its a decent header. Look into Bisimoto

 

I think that megan racing header and ws2 is gonna choke your exhaust a bit.

 

if you want a fully worked b18 head minus cams let me know, i can take care of you for your whole head for about half your budget. Getting air in and out of the head is were you get almost all of your power "EFFICIENCY"

put some high comp pistons in it and some lightweight rods, en edelbrock manifold and go to town on the tune!

 

*cough cough* I have a megan racing header and a ws2 catback and they definitely gave me relatively a lot of power. Those products are not going to choke his exhaust.

 

Um yes they will. When your looking at making more then 150hp you need to steer away crappy DC or Megan "Racing" headers. And if I remember the WS2 is 2.38 inches where as a good N/A exhaust should be 2.5.
