spark is white and no there isnt a cel...with the mini me swap wut should the compression be on the cylinders?

ok anyways.... i just did a compression test and...
clyn 1- 140psi
clyn 2- 100psi
clyn 3- 130psi
cyln 4- 130psi
.........

Looks like you have compression problems. One bad cylinder and two cylinders with below minimal compression (<135 PSI).

89 Civic: Fuse 37 (15A) in the main fuse box.

i didnt take it out when i did the test and i didnt puch the gas down either will this make a diffrence?
