Just wondering if there is any diffrence between a (bare) y7 and z6 block? I have a JDM D15B head (z6 head) and I m looking for a d16 block. I wanna know if I can use all z6 parts in a y7 block?

oil pump is your main difference as well as dipstick location. you can use the z6 rotating assembly in the y7 as long as you check clearances. thats really the only thing you can use. personally i would suggest finding either a z6 or a6 block.
