It would still be a 1.6l. Cc (cubic centimeter) is really a more acurate way to look at engine displacement.
I should rephrase my last post. I wouldn't go over 81.5mm boosted, and 82mm N/A. I wouldn't build a N/A B16 either though. If I were to build a B-series I would buy a B16, just so I couldtake the cylinder head and transmission (both better than GSR stock). But then I would mate them to a GSR or LS block. The extra stroke really makes a difference N/A.
:edit: But don't buy a stroker kit, especially with a B16. Firstly they'reexpenseare notworth the gains. Secondly the B16s deck height is low. When you try to stroke it you have to use a short rod, giving it an especially undesirable rod to stroke ratio for B-series'.
