NO in fact if you switch to OBD1 you can adjust your air fuel to make your car pass any sort of tests you may need to go through...
You will need a conversion harness (roughly 100$) and a chipped OBD1 ecu (p28 works best) and that is gonna cost you another 150. Youwill also need to find someone to tune that ECU for you.

I have a 00 SiR ECU for sale though if your interested in that.

Berz out.

It will be for B18C1 .. and comes with OBD1 ecu.. this is why im asking.. i am having a hard time finding obd2 ecu swaps.. plus they usually cost a little more.. only thing i have to figure is what other harness i need.. will i still need to buy a GSR harness plus a swap harness? or just the conversion harness only/'>?
