Default 97 civic d16 minime swap gone wrong. need help!!!!

I did a minime swap on my car yesterday. Its a y8 headm z6 intake manifold, and the y7 dizzy. ill be gettin the y8 dizzy soon i hope. i put a p2p ecu in there. We wired the iac how the DIY said and even changed the pin on the ecu. but when the car has been on for a while the idle is super low and the car will bog out a bit when i push the pedal down. while driving, the car will rarely even pas 2k in first before it bogs out and starts makin a popping sound. thats when i stop trying and just roll it as far as i can. Were thinking its still a problem with the iac, but i read that it could also be and intake air leak somewhere. I need this car running asap. I cant get stuck lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What codes are thrown? The problem may be the distributor.

its throwing the iac, knock, and an o2 sensor that i havent had since i bought the car lol. i just bought a y8 intake manifold 10 mins ago. this thing looks direct bolt on. im even gunna have to rewire my iac to 3-wire again. i hope this fixes it all. if this fixes the issue of the car always boggin out, ill buy the dizzy tomorrow.

You also may want to double check the mechanical timing.

It listens for spark knock and advances the ignition timing to prevent this potentially engine damaging problem. I don't think the sensor is absolutely essential.

ok let me break it down more to see what info i can gather. its a y7 block, z6 head, y7 dizzy, and z6 intake manifold, obd2 p2p ecu. the problem now is not the idle. vtec will pop and itll pull hard between 4500 and 5500, but then after that range itll just sorta stop pulling and just rev slowly. i ready that the z6 timing belt and cams have different amount of teeth on them. could this be a timing issue? and sometimes ill start the car and put it into gear and itll misfire when i hit arounf 1000 rpm. help plz!!!
