yea lets stay on topic....addiction if he really is doing it on an empty freeway/highway at night, then he'll only kill himself, end of topic.

Anyway, you need to get etiehr a piggyback ECU or covnert to OBD1 and then have your ECU chipped to remove the top speed limiter. Thats what it sounds like your hitting.

I'm not trying to justify myself, there's no justification to go at such speed. Anyway, found the answer elsewhere so it can be locked. If i ever need a big brother, i know where to find one...

No need to convert anything, and modding the actual ECU. "Reprogramming" it can achieve this, even tho i don't know what you need to reprogramm the actual ECU... (maybe the conversion and mod includes reprogramming it...).

Alright, got it. I'm not familiar at all with ECU, but i was looking at some Hondata computer (s100-200-300) etc. And i was kindda wondering what it can bring to a stock car. I know for a fully tuned car with turbo etc. that's a must for fuel/air management etc. but can it be useful for a stock car ?

I probably shoudlve started a thread about it, but anyway, im pretty sure the answer is short and sweet

you can't reprogram a OBD2 Honda ECU, hence the OBD1 conversion and OBD1 ECU
