It's worth checking the PCV valve though, if it were clogged, I would expect the warm idle not just the cold idle to be low.

No pictures.

Don't worry, you can buy a new PCV valve from AutoZone for about $3.

The vacuum line connected to this piece I broke in between injectors 3 and 4 (in the picture above) is blocked off with a bolt on the other end and wasn't connected to anything.

This picture shows a vacuum line on the fire wall that is open not connected. The vacuum line going to that cylinder that says PCV is blocked off as ive tried to tell you through the picture.

Do you have the D15B7 or D15B8 engine?

The top picture shows where the PCV hose should connect to the intake manifold. The adjacent vacuum hose should lead to the fuel pressure regulator.

The middle picture shows where the PCV valve should be inserted into a rubber grommet.

I am not sure what I am looking at in the bottom picture. Is it the purge control solenoid valve? Can you post a picture that pans back to show more of the engine bay.

The bottom picture is the charcoal canister I believe, in the top left of the engine bay. It says PCV on it. It's a D15B.
The middle picture isn't a rubber gromet though it broke off the pcv valve. Its plastic, how do I remove it?

I'm so ****ed over
I cant get that piece out that the pcv valve broke off. part of it is rubber but part is from the pcv valve. I have broken off lots of it trying to get it off but I cant do it. Its stuck in there and I have no idea how to get it out but pliers is wrecking it.

Try using a hooked pick to pull the remaining portion of the PCV valve out of the hole. Be careful not to let it fall back into the engine.
