i dont care what he drives, n i wasnt serious, my cars slow (for now). this thread was intended for advice on building my d15b7, not to bicker like women. with that said, lets talk about SOHC POWER!! look at my mods, and suggest what i should do next.

Do a mini me, add a cam, get a z6 transmission, lighten up the car as much as you can. Also mini coopers are slow, even the mini s's

i got most of the interior out, i didnt want to feel like im drivin a tin can so i left the front pillars, door panels, dash, and head liner. everything else is gone. i think a mini me swap would fit my budget and be a considerably easy job. the only issue with that is checking compression, seeing as how i dont have a tester. and what changes to the ecu would i need to do for a d16z6. right now i have a p06 i believe...

you need an ECU that engages VTEC, an you can do this by soldering and stuff (which to me is really complicated), but i think you can just order a new p06 ECU that engages VTEC and its plug and play.
