I typed out a huge post explaining what exactly you'd be buying and why it doesn't work, but decided it wasn't necessary.
Basically, you'd be paying $60 for about $0.40 worth of materials just to make your ECM freak out and most likely set a check engine light. In other words, don't do it. Hondata's the only company I'd trust for Honda Engine Tuning hardware, and even then I wouldn't bother on an engine that didn't need a tune just to run correctly. On a stock, mostly stock, sort-of-stock, or mildly modified Honda, tuning it won't gain you enough power to justify the cost (and done correctly and safely, it will cost a lot); Honda tends to get every last bit of power they can out of their engines in stock form.
