a p28 is out of a 92-95 civic.. im not sure about it being a hatchback or whichever... i m not even sure which car it came from .. but any ecu can be chipped.. obd1's are jus easier to tune IMO

well I can explain to you how to chip a P28, but it might be a bit early for that. After you're done reading I sure can walk you through the process and explain how and why.
