P28 ecu on a b16a2

Default P28 ecu on a b16a2

Hey guys, I'm curious to know can i run a b16a2 dohc vtec usin a p28 ecu.

If so what are the differences between it and the p30?

I think you can, but you'd have a few problems (rev limiters won't match up, vtec crossover, it'll throw a CEL most likely,etc)... you'd be better off just picking up a p30 and using it.

i just did that i need a p30..but is it obdII or obd1???...i need ob 1 for my 94 civic coupe..i just did the b16a swap to my car and VTEC is NOT cracking right or maybe not @ all
