keep blowing fuse #19 on 92 civic?!?!?!
i have a 92 honda civic 4dr. when i bought the car, the #19 fuse (which is for dash lights, dimming signal, parking lights, tail lights, liscense plate lights, console lights, and option connector "D") was already blown, so i figure i just put another one in. well i put it in and everything is working fine, but when i turned the lights on the passenger turn signal light inside the car is on and the turn signal light outside is on but not blinking. the driver side is working fine. i twist the bulb a little and it all works. a little while later its doing it on the other side now and now the driver side is stuck on and not blinking. i fiddle with that one a little and the fuse blows. i replace it, same thing happens. this time when i put the blinker on and the inside dash and a/c lights blink in stride with the blinker. little while later it works fine again but the driver side is still stuck on. i mess with the bulb, again it blows. i replace it, turn on the lights and pop, again. now everytime i replace the fuse, and turn on the lights, it pops. it takes a #10 fuse but those were popping so i tried #20's and those pop just as easy now. can anyone please help with my situation?? i get up at 4:30am for work and its still dark outside, so i need my lights!!

You likely have two separate electrical problems.
Okay, I did not realize that fuse 19 protects not only the circuit for the dashlights/dashlights brightness controller and the taillights but also the circuit for parking lights. Check for a short circuit in the parking light bulb receptacles that you twisted. Look for burned wire insulation and damaged wires.
Also look for loose or disconnected ground wires in the turn signal circuit. The turn signals are protected by fuse 15 not fuse 19.

problem fixed. i pulled the driver side signal wires apart and they were all exposed touching each other. i had to cut the bulb socket off and pull apart the wires and rewire them back up, and tape them all together.
